AGARTALA, Sep 13 (TIWN): Tripura High Court has dismissed Tripura Govt’s excuse of not recruiting job aspirants even after qualifying exams held under TPSC.
The recruitment which was cancelled by BJP Govt was taken in 2017 (under Left Govt) for “Factory of Broilers Organizations’ Inspection” post.
After all tests were done, the then Govt asked the Labour Commission to recruit them, but in the mean time Assembly Election date was announced due to which the recruitment was paused under ‘model code of conducts’.
Then in 2018, BJP Law Minister Ratanlal Nath announced, Govt has cancelled all the recruitments which were ongoing.
Then amongst various dept’s petitioners, the selected candidates of this dept also appealed in the High Court.
High Court has reportedly ordered Tripura Govt to recruit the youths immediately within 2 months.
