May 17 (TIWN): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said his ambitious NYAY scheme will act like diesel in the engine of country's economy, and will provide jobs to the youth. "Like diesel is filled in a tractor, the NYAY scheme, too, will act like diesel in the engine of India's economy".

"We will put diesel, swing the key and India's economy will restart. People will get employment," Gandhi said at a public rally in Patna.
