Los Angeles, Nov 18 (TIWN) Rapper Young Dolph, popularly known for his 2020 album 'Rich Slave', died in a shooting in Memphis aged 36.
This real-life depiction of tough urban struggles and the hustle to break free of poverty resonated with his peers in the hip-hop industry, especially in the genre’s unofficial new hub Atlanta. Sadly, this was not Young Dolph’s first encounter with death. In 2017, the rapper was shot outside of a store in Hollywood, California. Young Dolph reportedly used this experience as inspiration for his forthcoming album “Bulletproof” and popular single “100 shots.”
