Agartala / Kolkata, April 21 (TIWN): Purvodaya, the NGO, has set a benchmark for others by effectuating something that's almost unheard of. Purvodaya has accomplished the herculean task of getting some big names of the Indian Film Industry to willingly come forward to urge the residents of the state of Tripura to stay indoors and to effectively follow the guidelines provided by the government during the lockdown.

Purvodaya's General Secretary Niti Deb's continued her dynamic role in spearheading NGO's mission by cooking foods, distributing cooked foods, foodgrains among starving people during COVID19 lockdown in Tripura.

Purvodaya's Clarion call has budged celebrities like Bikram Ghosh, Abir Chatterjee, Saswata Mukherjee, Arindam Shil, Raj Chakraborty, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhur, Shibaprashad Mukherjee, Indrashish, Jaya Shil and Arijit Datta to come forward in good faith and join hands with the organisation to inspire the good people of the state to stay inside and stay safe and spread awareness about COVID-19. 

This great initiative by the celebrities has helped the Government of Tripura spread awareness effectively.
