Los Angeles, April 15 (TIWN) Actress-comedienne Amy Schumer has changed the name of her son, Gene Atell. This, because she and her her husband Chris Fischer felt the word sounded like "genital"!
The comedian and actress made the revelation on Tuesday while issuing a monologue to her socially separated audience on her “Amy Schumer Presents: 3 Girls, 1 Keith" that she altered her son’s middle name after naming the little guy after a close pal of hers and husband Chris Fischer's. Schumer, 38, and Fischer welcomed their son on May 5, 2019, and introduced their baby boy Gene Attell, named after actor and funnyman Dave Attell, for which Attell said it was “an honor” to have the newborn bear his name.
