New Delhi, June 2 (TIWN): We’re still a couple of weeks away from the end of the holiday season and if you haven’t already gone on a holiday, chances are you are probably packing right now. You’ve spent the year working hard and you deserve this time out. But you’ve also likely spent hours in the gym that are about to go down the drain. Holiday weight is a real thing and, surely, you don’t want to let 15 days wash away the efforts of an entire year, do you?
Turns out that you don’t need to do much to keep the scale from tipping. According to a recent study all you need to do to keep the kilos off while on vacation is to keep weighing yourself daily. This epiphany comes thanks to researchers from the University of Georgia who’ve revealed that people who weigh themselves every day while on vacation were more successful in maintaining their weight. In some cases, the researchers say, they even tend to lose a few kilos!
