San Francisco, March 29 : The US Commodity Futures and Trading Commission (CFTC) on Monday sued leading blockchain and cryptocurrency platform Binance for allegedly breaking trading and derivatives rules, media reports said.

The CFTC sued Binance, Zhao and its former top compliance executive with "willful evasion" of U.S. law, "while engaging in a calculated strategy of regulatory arbitrage to their commercial benefit."
