Chennai, July 27 (TIWN) With feeder markets like Maharashtra for domestic travellers and overseas for international travellers not feeding them, star hotels in the city continue to have empty rooms despite Covid-19 relaxations, industry officials said.
Hoteliers also cite the dichotomy of the Tamil Nadu government allowing retail liquor shops to sell while ordering them to close their bars, ban alcohol room service but continue to renew their liquor vending licence.
