IGI Airport installs new passenger tracking system at T3

New Delhi, Dec 29 (TIWN) National capital's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport on Monday introduced a new passenger tracking system intended to reduce waiting time, enhance operational efficiency and manage passenger flow to ensure social distancing at Terminal-3.
“The Xovis passenger tracking system (PTS), a queue management system, displays live waiting time, taken at various processes like check-in, security check etc., on screens put up at various places,” said a press release by Delhi airport’s operator DIAL.
