AGARTALA, Sep 27 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman held a crucial meeting at Delhi on Thursday followed by CM’s official tour at the capital city.

Deb who is at Delhi now was accompanied by State Govt high officials during the meeting.

“Honoured to meet Finance Minister of India Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman ji, discussed about ongoing projects, economic issues related to Tripura and also thanked her on behalf of 37 lakh people of Tripura for recently taken steps to reform and boost the economy of our country”, CM tweeted.

The Chief Minister also met Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Thawar Chand Gehlot, Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Doner Minister Shri Dr. Jitendra Singh since yesterday.
