In 2017 Tripura will remember historic event of PM Modi gifted Rajdhani Express but Tripura CM Manik Sarkar gifted FAKE 12000 Jobs & scam filled 10323 Teachers Job cancellation.

Chief Minister Manik Sarkar gifted Tripura 10323 Teachers Job cancellation on March 29,2017 via Supreme Court verdict but Prime Minister Modi gifted Tripura a Rajdhani Express on October 28,2017.

Apart from that Manik Sarkar also fooled eight lakhs unemployed youths by luring 12000 non-existant jobs.  Even CPI-M hardcore cadres also frustated by these mass dupings.

Tripura’s lakhs of hopes turned into reality when Union Minister of State for Railways Rajen Gohain flagged off the much eagerly awaited Rajdhani Express on  Oct 28, 2017 Saturday at 2.30pm from Agartala Station.

In comparison to Modi Govt’s gifts of broad gauge and Rajdhani express, Tripura’s corrupt Chief Minister Manik Sarkar burdened State with 12000 FAKE Jobs & 10323 cancelled jobs so destroying future over 22,323 lives.

After Meter gauge to Broad Gauge conversion in 2016, Tripura had been continued to get express trains.

Minister of State for Railways Rajen Gohain flagged off the much expected Rajdhani Express train between Tripura capital Agartala and Delhi's Anand Vihar station on Oct 28,2017.

"The Rajdhani Express with some empty coaches successfully conducted trial services in between Agartala and southern Assam's Lumding earlier this month," an official of the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) said.

"The Rajdhani Express from Agartala would reach Anand Vihar station in around 40 hours covering 16 stations in Tripura, Assam, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh," the official added.

Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy was present in the inaugural function along with two state ministers as people appreciated Railway Ministry's bold step of keeping foul mouthed Chief Minister Manik Sarkar away.

Agartala would be the third city in northeast India after Assam's Guwahati and Dibrugarh to be connected by a Rajdhani Express. 

With the extension of the metre gauge track up to Agartala through southern Assam, Tripura became the first state capital in the northeast in October 2008 to be brought on India's rail map after the country's independence. Subsequently, the metre gauge was converted into broad gauge.

The NFR is now further extending the railway lines up to southern Tripura's bordering town Sabroom, 135 km south of Agartala.

Agartala got broad gauge facility by March 2016. Works for conversion in BG from a small meter gauge track from Lumding to Silchar in Assam was completed in March 2015 Freight services to Agartala had already resumed by then.

It was 31st July 2016 when Suresh Prabhu the then Railway Minister of India inaugurated the Agartala-New Delhi, ‘Tripura Sundari Express linking the broad gauge with the rest of the country.  

Rajdhani Express  at Agartala Railway Station with 14 coaches in total to travel Tripura from Agartala to New Delhi with an exclusive journey experience. Among the 14 coaches 1 coach will be for AC (First Class), 1 coach for AC Hot Buffet Car, 2 will be Tier and rest of 8 will be AC-3 Tier (Power cum Luggage Van).

Agartala to Anand Vihar Rajdhani Express will be a 40 hours journey. Tripura already was facilitated with Tripura Sundari express which takes 48 hours i.e. total 2 days to reach Anand Vihar but now with Rajdhani atleast 8 hours will be save as the journey will take only 40 hours.

Manik Sarkar, Tapan Chakraborty & other CPI-M clowns victory smiles all set to vanish soon as CPI-M misguided people on SC order, as 10323 Teachers jobs will be terminated on Dec 31,2017 as per earlier order and Tripura Govt has to issue a circular for ad-hoc recruitment which will expire within 6 months.

With the updation of Supreme Court's order on 10323 termination case by Dec 14 Thursday evening , the hypocrisy of ruling CPI-M and its boot-licker organ H B Road had once again been exposed as the facts have been revealed that in 10323 teachers' termination case the Apex Court did not issue any order of continuation of service order, but purely this will be a fresh appointment on ad-hoc basis and that too will only last for a period of 6 months.

With this order the CPI-M party's dirty game of playing with the mind of 10323 teachers has once again been exposed.

TIWN’ consulted with eminent legal analysts who took closer look on the judgement passed by the Supreme Court.

On hearing the the appeal of the state gov't regarding the extension of service of 10323 teachers the Apex Court categorically said,

" Time granted by this Court in terms of order dated 24 October 2017, is extended till 30th June 2018 , subject to condition that the judgement dated 29th March 2017 will be strictly complied with . On 31st December 2017 the tenure of the incumbents(please read 10323 teachers) will come to an end . Thereafter, their appointment will only for six months on ad-hoc basis on such fresh terms as the State Government may impose . " 

In a crucial point the Apex Court said ," Thereafter none of the said incumbents will continue ." 

Again in response to the appeal submitted by a section of victim Graduate teachers among the 10323 teachers regarding a Review Petition on the judgement passed by this Court on 29th March 2017, the Division Bench of the Supreme Court comprising Justice Uday Umesh Lalit and Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, on hearing in" IA No 127312/2017- Exemption from filing C/C of theImpunged Judgement and IA No 127311/2017-Permission to file SLP/TP" in the Nirmal Kanti Das & ORS Verus The Stateof Tripura case the Apex Court made it clear ,

" The Special Leave Petition is dismissed as withdrawn . "

From the order of the Apex Court the following points becomes abosolutely clear:

1) That the service of the 10323 terminated teachers will surely be terminated on 31st December 2017

2) That the 10323 terminated teachers did not get a single day's of Extension of Service 

3) That the hypocrisy of CPI-M and H B Road have been exposed 

4) That the 10323 teachers will have to be issued termination letter with 31st December 2017(if the state govt does not want to invite fresh complications)

5) That the state gov't will have to issue fresh employment notices these terminated teachers w.e.f. 1st January 2018 .

6) That the state gov't is at liberty to set a new  salary structure on its own, that means even it can provide lesser salary than their current salary 

7) That the over enthusiastic activities of the CPI-M party workers and CPI-Ms boot licker organ H B Road were simply to gather support for CPI-M , not to work in favour of 10323 terminated teachers.  

 Thus, the fact is that the service of the 10323 teachers will automatically be terminated on 31st December,  2017.
