| My Story of Climbing Mountains | I grew up in Shillong–the British called it’ The Scotland of the east’, a hill station as multiple hills formed the town (now called the City).City centre i.e. the Traffic point is above the GPO, while Imperial Bank of India (now the State bank of India) near the exit gate of the prestigious Shillong club (where my father and later myself was a member) proudly displayed the altitude as 5100 ft. Further south, a few miles away was the Laban peak and further south was the majestic Shillong peak. Climbing the peak was a ritual, which we friends practiced during the holidays if only to stare down at the city below which looked magnificent from a height of 6449ft plus, especially when the lights were on or the moon light shone. | 20-Apr-2014 |

| A Story of Typhiod Fever : It took away | My youngest Didi would call our 'Baba' (father), BNGS behind him.'Chotodidi' was of course the most favourite child of our Baba or BNGS that stood for" Bilet Na Giye Saheb".Baba was a Microbiologist, had worked most of his life with European researcher, had picked up their habits--so no work for us on sundays, no study either; only we had to wash our school uniforms in the morning and then jump into father's little Morris car and proceed to some destination out side, the city for picnic. | 06-Apr-2014 |
| My Vote for My Country: A biggest Challe | Both question and answer, are very simple but the process is appeared to be toughest for ensuing 16th Loksabha poll in India. The issue is transparent voting and to achieve highest ever turn out, if not 100 percent.
