New Delhi, Dec 12 (TIWN) The Narendra Modi-led government's tough stand against foreign interference in India's domestic affairs forced Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to mellow his rhetoric and support to the ongoing farmers' agitation.
From the WFP's headquarters in Rome, Beasley said because of wars, climate change, and the use of hunger as a political and military weapon, more than a quarter of a billion people were marching towards starvation. He warned that failure to address their needs would cause a hunger pandemic that will dwarf the impact of COVID-19.
