Singapore, Oct 13 (TIWN) People entering Singapore with a recent travel history to Malaysia's Sabah state will be required to serve a 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN) at dedicated facilities, the Ministry of Health (MOH) here said.
The city-state's new regulation announced on Monday was a change from an earlier announcement that travellers from Malaysia were allowed to serve a seven-day SHN at their place of residence, reports Xinhua news agency. As there has been an increase in cases in Sabah recently, all travellers entering Singapore from 11.59 p.m. on Wednesday, who have a travel history in the past 14 days to the Malaysian state, will be required to serve a 14-day SHN at dedicated facilities, the MOH said on Monday.
