AGARTALA, Dec 30 (TIWN): Cricket matches will be arranged among the media persons of Tripura on 13th January, with the initiative of Syandan Newspaper's house.

However, every year with the initiative of the Newspaper's Editor Subal Dey this friendship match is conducted, dedicated for state's renowned photo-journalist Lt Buddha Gupta.   

This will be the 7th year of the tournament.

All media persons have been invited to participate in the match, which is to be conducted on 13th January at Swami Vivekananda Stadium.

The participants must have to complete their names' entries by January 7 at Syandan Office. In every teams highest 8 persons can be kept, said Abhishek Day, Director of Sandyan Newspaper to media at the press club.

Man of the tournament trophy , champions & runners of the match will also be awarded.
