UDAIPUR, Dec 21 (TIWN): The Ld. J.M 1st Class Amarpur, Gomati Tripura, has convicted 01(One) accused person namely Md. Hajar Ali (25) S/O Md. Saheb Ali of Uttar Ekchari, PS Nutanbazar, under Gomati District.

On 09-07-2014 Natunbazar PS Case No. 2014NTB035 U/S- 324/506 IPC was registered on the compliant of one Sri Md. Ramjan Miah (39) S/o Lt. Hanif Miah of Lebachara, PS Nutanbazar, Gomati Tripura District, against the accused person namely Md. Hajar Ali (25) S/O Md. Saheb Ali of Uttar Ekchari, PS Nutanbazar, under Gomati District. For hurling attack and assault upon the complainant at Lebachara, PS- Nutanbazar on 08-07-2014 at about 2130 hrs.

During investigation I/O of the case arrested the FIR named accused person and forwarded to Ld. Court. After investigation, charge sheet was filed by SI Jahar Lal Debbarma of Nutanbazar PS, I.O of the case on 31-07-2014, against the accused person vide Nutanbazar PS Charge Sheet No. 30/2014 U/S-324/506 IPC.

The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Md. Hajar Ali (25)  is guilty U/S 323 IPC and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for 02 (Two) months.
