DHARMANAGAR / AGARTALA, Nov 22 (TIWN): Dharmanagar journalist have demanded CBI probe in Sudip Datta Bhaumik’s murder case which took place in the TSR 2nd Bn HQ.
A protest rally demanding CBI probe was conducted at Dharmangar town and the journalists also placed deputation in Dharmanagar PS.
Senior journalist Sudip Datta Bhaumik was shot dead yesterday by TSR 2nd Bn Commandant’s bodyguard Nandalal Reang as per the instruction of the Commandant himself.
Sudip Datta Bhaumik had exposed Tapan Debbarma in some corruption related news recently and 11 channels had covered the news.
On Tuesday, at the 2nd Bn HQ at R K Nagar state journalist was killed brutally allegedly by the 2 officials.
