On the background of sending the letter, MLA Sudip Barman said Chief Minister has been consistently denying CBI investigation in Rose Valley scam.

"In the name of SIT, the CBI investigation was rejected multiple times by Manik Sarkar. So I want to ask SIT's investigating officer K V Sreejesh, whether there was any inquiry done to Manik Sarkar, Bijita Nath, Gautam Das or not".

" Enough is enough, can't wait anymore. Thus sending the letter to CBI ", Barman added.
