AGARTALA, Oct 3 (TIWN): Incessant rain has begun since Tuesday afternoon disrupting the normal lives heavily ahead of Laxmi puja.

During the whole day, it was quite warm weather along with scorching sun of Autumn.

During the day hours business for Laxmi puja  went high, whereas in the afternoon, the sudden rain has finally collapsing the business.

The unexpected rain has also caused damages to Laxmi idols,  which were selling at much high price this year.

However, for some it has brought certain relieves as the shower is likely to down the high temperature, but again if the rain continues for hours it may create heavy water-loggings as Agartala is now the fastest flooding city of India.
