AGARTALA, July 1 (TIWN): State Govt Employees under the banner of 'Tripura Rajya Mahakaran Karmchari Sangh' discussed on the topic of recently hiked pay of state govt employees.

According the govt employees, 'this committee report which was once considered by chief minister Manik Sarkar as 'nice' is actually a deprivation done to the employees as it always does.

1. the mathematical calculation left the lowest salary with 14,040 whereas with a correct calculation the figure stands with 15,280.

2. The FF also less by .32 from the central govt employees salary,

3. Only the DA has been hiked in the name of salary incensement and thus it has deprived its employees from the pending DA forever,

4. Central Govt apart from DA also gave booster, that was not given to state govt employees even 1 %,

5.the review of 10 years gap has not followed the particulars that it out to be followed,

6. No DA was hiked officially whereas central increased 4 %,

7. Nothing said clearly about compensatory allowance,

8. Medical allowance only hiked Rs 250 for Group-C and Group D, that is nothing against medical expenses,

9. House rent was decreased from 10 % to 8 % with the maximum benefits of Rs. 3000. That means if a person is not getting Rs. 38,000 salary s/he will not get 3000 HRA,

10. Highest deprived are DRW, Fixed pay, Contingent and Part-time worker.
