AGARTALA, July 1 (TIWN): Tripura Tafashili Jati Samannoy Samiti placed deputation to Add SP Sharmistha Chakraborty on Saturday demanding proper action against Bidyut Ghosh.

However, left front is majorly highlighting on this issues with the interest of Bidyut Ghosh was a former leader from BJP.

Bidyut Ghosh's matter was charged for blackmailing a woman with a false marriage certificate.

According to the victim, she said that since last 3 years the BJP member was using here physically with a false marriage certificate.

Tripura has recorded with 86 % crime against women. Everyday 1 rape victim is reported from Tripura. However, CPI-M didn't raise other victims issues in their protest as Bithika and Bina murder case.

Recently, National Commission for Women leader Sushma Sahu declared that Tripura has recorded with 86 % of 'Crime against Women'.
