AGARTALA, June 20 (TIWN): On Tuesday, the Ld. J.M 1st Class Court No.02, Udaipur Gomati Tripura, has convicted one person namely Aishul Sheikh (35) S/O Sri Sheikh Hossain of Niyamatpur, PS English Bazar District Malda, West Bengal U/S 411 IPC.
On 03-04-2012 Kakraban PS Case No. 2012KKB061 U/S- 379/411/34 IPC was registered on the compliant of one Sri Goutam Nandi (34) S/O Sri Sudhir Chandra Nandi of Purba Palatana, PS Kakraban; against the FIR named A/Ps (1) Ishul Shekh (35) S/O Sri Shekh Hossain of Maidapur, PS- English Bazar, District Malda West Bengal (2) Uttam Debnath S/O Lt. Sunil Debnath (3) Ramu Acharjee S/O Lt. Mohan Acharjee both of Purba Palatana PS –Kakraban , for causing theft in respect of one Tower plate from Purba Palatana On 02-04-2012 night at about 2300 hrs.
During investigation based on the sufficient evidence I.O has arrested the FIR Named A/Ps and forwarded to the Court. After investigation I.O of the case PSI Bimal Das filed Charge-sheet on 30-04-2012 vide Kakraban PS C/S No. 82/2012, U/S 379/411/34 IPC against the accused namely (1) Sri Uttam Debnath (27) S/O Lt. Sunil Debnath of Purba Palatana PS Kakraban (2) Ram Acharjee @ Ramu S/O Lt. Manmohan Acharjee of Purba Palatana PS –Kakraban (3) Aishul Sheikh (35) S/O Sri Sheikh Hossain of Niyamatpur, PS English Bazar District Malda, West Bengal.
The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Aishul Sheikh (35) is guilty and sentenced him to pay fine of Rs.-1000/- In default to payment to suffer simple imprisonment for 15 (Fifteen) days for the commission of offence punishable U/S- 411 IPC.
