AGARTALA, Feb 13 (TIWN): Lack of Doctors, lack of infrastructure are hitting the health service in Tripura everyday. But surprisingly, whereas the Central Funds are properly not utilized by the State Govt, the Doctors are ultimately blamed for all allegations.

Same happened with a doctor  at Unakoti Dist Hospital. Health Minister without arranging any equipment announced 100 % indoor service at there to avoid criticism raised by Congress recently.

After launching the service, Health Minister returned to Agartala, but the problems of the infrastructure-less indoor service has been faced by the doctors since then.

Centering the death of a patient at Unakoti Dist. Hospital locals attacks upon Doctor P K Debbarma, which has created much tension among the Doctors, staffs there.

A heart attack patient was brought to the Hospital and witnessing his condition serious the patient was referred to GB Hospital, but the patient party didn’t take him there.

As a result he died, which created mass anger and they attacked upon the Doctor. P K Debbarma said, ‘How a Doctor will work if such incident happens everyday?’ 

This incidnet has generated huge resentment among the Doctors in Tripura.
