UDAIPUR, Dec 4 (TIWN): Chief Judicial Magistrate Udaipur, Gomati Tripura, has convicted two accused persons namely (1) Sri Laxmindar Chakma (21) S/O Sri Bishu Chakma of Birchandramanu, PS Santirbazar (2) Md. Sangsar Ali (26) S/O Md Asmat Ali of Dataram Abanimohan Para PS RKP, under Gomati District, U/S- 411 IPC.
On 2014, Oct 27 KLA PS Case No. 2014KLA032 U/S- 380IPC, was registered on the basis of written complaint of Sri Adhibashi Kr. Jamatia (60) S/O Lt. Abhi Chandra Jamatia of Atharabhola, PS KLA, under Gomati District, against the accused Persons namely (1) Sri Ikbal Hossain (23) S/O Abdul Sultan of Dataram, PS RKP (2) Sangsar Ali (26) S/O Asmat Ali of Dataram, PS RKP Under Gomati District (3) Laxmindar Chakma (21) S/O Bishnu Chakma of Bir Chanda Manu PS STB, under South Tripura District; for causing theft 02 (Two) nos. Cow from the cow shed of complainant, On 27-10-2014 after 2400 hrs at any time.
After investigation charge sheet was filed by the I/O SI Manik Lal Nandi of KLA PS on 20-11-2014, against the accused persons namely (1) Sri Ikbal Hossain (23) S/O Abdul Sultan of Dataram, PS RKP (2) Sangsar Ali (26) S/O Asmat Ali of Dataram, PS RKP Under Gomati District (3) Laxmindar Chakma (21) S/O Bishnu Chakma of Bir Chanda Manu PS STB, under South Tripura District, vide KLA PS C/S No. 22/2014 U/S- 380/411 IPC.
The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused persons namely (1) Sri Laxmindar Chakma (21) S/O Sri Bishu Chakma of Birchandramanu, PS Santirbazar (2) Md. Sangsar Ali (26) S/O Md Asmat Ali of Dataram Abanimohan Para PS RKP is guilty and sentenced to suffer R.I for 01 (One) year for the commission of the offence punishable U/S 411 IPC.
