AGARTALA, Nov 30 (TIWN): Tripura women football team paid tribute to the deceased football players of Brazil, who lost their lives in a plane crash.

The under 17 team was going for Imphal to participate in a tournament which is to be held from Dec 2nd to Dec 6th.  Before they left the state the players remembers the deceased football players and paid tribute to them at Agartala Railway Station.

A chartered plane with a Brazilian first division football team crashed near Medellin while on its way to the finals of a regional tournament, killing 71 people in total.
