UDAIPUR, May 18 (TIWN): LD. Chief Judicial Magistrate Udaipur, Gomati Tripura., has convicted one accused person namely Sri Jayanta Saha (22) S/O Sri Prithiraj Saha of Badarmokam, PS R.K Pur under Gomati District, U/S- 507 IPC of the Information Technology Act-2000.
On February 23, 2013, R.K.Pur PS Case No. 60/2013 U/S- 507/120 (B) IPC & 66(A) of the Information Technology Act-2000 was registered on the basis of written compliant of Sri Arindam Debbarma Asstt. Manager Customer Service Agartala Airport, PS Airport, West District against the Subscriber of 08794666344; for Bomb Threat call to Chennai Indigo Call Centre On February 20, 2013.
After investigation, charge sheet was filed by Inspector Chabir Ahamed the than O/C R.K.Pur PS, on 29-07-2013, against the accused person namely Jayanta Saha (22) S/O Sri Prithiraj Saha of Badarmokam, PS R.K Pur under Gomati District, vide C/S No. 207/2013 U/S- 507 IPC & 66(A) (a) (b) of the Information Technology Act-2000.
The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Jayanta Saha (22) S/O Sri Prithiraj Saha of Badarmokam, PS R.K Pur under Gomati District is guilty Punishable U/S 507 IPC. Thus the Ld. Court find in the present case it is expedient and it will be proper to release the convict person for probation of good conduct instead of sentencing him at once to any punishment on their execution of a bond with one surety of Rs- 10,000/- to appear and received sentence as and when called upon during the period 2 (Two) years and in the mean time to keep the peace and good behavior.
