KAMALPUR, May 6 (TIWN): The lackluster and irresponsible service provider BSNL once again turned a worthless corporation in the case of the internet service. The internet service collapsed here for last four days. And the local official could not say anything about the cause or remedy of the problem.

The internet connectivity of the BSNL got collapsed suddenly on Tuesday afternoon last. As per the tradition it got hoped that the service would be restored within next few hours. But, the service remained collapsed till today for almost 72 hours.

When contacted with the local authority could not say anything about the cause or the remedy of the problem. However, the service at different governmental organizations and offices got restored within 24 hours of the collapse.

More interestingly, when the top brass of the section of internet got contacted with at Agartala, he expressed that, he had heard the news for the first time.

However, a source of the BSNL Agartala office made it clear that Belonia and some other towns of the state also suffered the same fate. And the service at Kamalpur would be probably restored on tomorrow or the day after it.
