AGARTALA, Feb 13 (TIWN): Keeping eye on the ensuing 34th Agartala Book Fair, various stall owners has already begun with the shifting to books at the stalls of Umakanta Academy.
It is to be mentioned here that Altogether 121 stalls are expected to set up in the 34th Agartala Book Fair scheduled to be organized onFebruary 14 at Umakanta Academy.
Reportedly, preparation is going on in full swing for the ensuing book fair.
To meet the deadline the workers are continuing their works of setting up stalls is full-fledged manner.
According to the reports, Along with the Tripura publishers, different publishers of Bangladesh, Delhi, Kolkata and Guwahati are expected to participate at the upcoming book fair.
With aim to accomplish the fair successfully, under the chairmanship of the Information and Cultural Affairs Bhanu Lal Saha a preparatory committee has been organized.
It is to be mentioned here that Chief Minister Manik Sarkar is going to inaugurate the scheduled inaugural programme in the presence of in the presence of Information and Cultural Affair Minister Bhanulal Saha, Eminent Artist of Bangladesh Hashem Khan, Special Secretary of Information and Cultural Affair Department Soumitra Bandopadhyay and others.
Detailing about the stalls it has been mentioned that a total of 73 stalls are expected to be set up from Tripura, Kolkata 36, Guwahati six, New Delhi three and one each from Bangladesh and Kerela.
Besides, it has mentioned that the fair will begin at 2pm in the after and will continue till 8:30 pm in the evening. Besides, during the holidays the fair will continue till 9 pm in the night.
To meet the deadline the workers are continuing their works of setting up stalls is full-fledged manner. Workers are enthusiastically participating at the preparation of stalls for the upcoming book fair.
