Police-Public meet held at Kalyanpur

KALYANPUR, Feb 7 (TIWN) : Mass gathering was followed on Sunday, when police of kalyanpur called for a meeting at Pulinpur village, under Ghilatali Village Committee.
The meeting was organized by Kalyanpur police. They discussed about traffic rules and regulations. The duty of the local people and as well as the duty of the police were discussed in brief.
As the president of the meeting, Paresh Chandra Mandal, a renowned person of Kalyanpur remained present.
Other dignitaries as police super SDPO Laghi Chowhan, O/C of Kalyanpur P S, Shanti Bhushan Buiyan Prafulla Das, Panchayat Pradhan were present in that programme.
The points which had been discussed were :
- Police’s firsts duty is to maintain the peace of the local area,
- The relation between public and police is to be increased more,
- To abide by traffic laws are very important and using hamlet while driving is must,
- Never drive while drunk,
However, huge mass gathering was followed during the meeting.
