AGARTALA, Dec 26 (TIWN): Raising voice against the Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley over alleged corruption in DDCA during his tenure, Aam Aadmi Party Tripura on Saturday staged protest at Orient Chowmuhani.
During the protest, the members of AAP mentioned that the corruption has been going on from the 1999 to 2013, when Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley was the president of Delhi and District Cricket Association.
It has been mentioned that where a laptop cost around Rs. 20, 000, Delhi and District Cricket Association has been charging 17, 000 on daily basis. Besides, a Rs. 5000 amount of printer has been charged Rs. 3000 on daily basis.
Besides, the members also alleged that Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has illegally selected below 16 and 19-year age of cricketers in exchange of money.
However, they also mentioned that a video of Rs.150 crore of corruption has come forward where how the Union Minister is engaged in saving the corrupt officers, alleged the members of Aam Aadmi Party Tripura.
