BELONIA, July 10 (TIWN): Baikhora Govt. High School with the initiatives of NSS Unit, planted saplings within the school campus on Thursday. Plantation of saplings had been followed with the active participation of teachers, students and local people.

With the initiative of National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit at Baikhora HS School, a three day long special camp has been started. The inauguration programme was held on July 9 at school campus.

 As part of 3 days long special camp, NSS volunteers would stage gardening and cleanliness at the school complex .The closing ceremony of 3 days long special camp and prize distribution ceremony among the NSS volunteers based on their performance during the camp will also be held.

Hence, NSS is praise worthy for taking such initiative to aware people about the importance of sapling when the problem of Global warming is on top.
