KAMALPUR, June 7 (TIWN): In a new twist in the Putiacharra NWDPRA project of agriculture department, finding the happy-days under threat, a CPIM local secretary, who came under the Party scanner, now got busy in ensuring the deprived beneficiaries to pay the allotted amount.

Almost a fort night ago, the scam of Putiacharra NWDPRA project implemented at Noagaon panchayat got unearthed. The local media made an extensive coverage of the scam as well as the Chief Minister was also informed about the matter.

Getting truth in the allegations about 49, 00, 000 rupees’ project after primary investigation, the CM ordered for stringent action in both Party and administrative levels.

After the actions initiated, one of the main scamsters, a CPIM local secretary, a resident of Noagaon Panchayat got busy to ensure the deprived beneficiaries to pay the allotted amount.

However, in the meanwhile, the beneficiaries organized the non-political platform namely “Banchita beneficiary Oikkamancha ( Joint Forum of the deprived beneficiaries) and started their initiatives. The beneficiaries, irrespective of Party identity demanded for stringent actions against the scamsters and re-implementation of the project.
