AGARTALA, April 8 (TIWN): After the recent outbreak of Malaria in the interior parts of Gandacherra subdivision again attacked by Chicken Pox.

According to sources, the inhabitants of the hilly area are trying to cure the disease by the black magic of Ojha and Baidya. The outbreak of pox is noticeable at Dalpati , Bhagirath, Wansa and Raishyabari areas.

Chicken Pox started to spread at hilly areas along with water born disease Diarrhea. On the other hand the Health officer of the subdivision is trying to aware the people about the disease after getting information about pox.

 At the same time prevention of the disease is going out of control. Besides, there is no preventive medicine of Chicken Pox at Gandacherra Subdivision Hospital. It seems that luck of people at hilly areas have not changed although election comes after election.

Drinking water, electricity and education still not reached at hilly areas. Sources said that number of death by fever and pox reached to 4.

According to sources, 3 children died at Raishyabari including Balen Tripura (12), Baikuntha Tripura (7), Kanta Tripura (9). Besides, report of death came from Dalpatipara where a girl child of 6 months Kanchan Prabha died. There is no development of the poor condition of the subdivision hospital.
