AGARTALA, Oct 5 (TIWN): An illegal Bangladeshi was arrested by West Agartala Police on Monday. Based on secret information, mobile police started searches and from Krishnanagar area a Bangladeshi was arrested.

According to SDPO Debaprasad Roy, the arrested man is from Bangladesh’s Chapai, Nanabganj and accepted that he is Bangladeshi.

However, police did not find any link with external terror organizations but investigations are underway.
