AGARTALA, Dec 5 (TIWN): Indigo Airline suddenly cancelled all flights for Agartala passengers without any prior notification that has fueled resentment among the public who were scheduled to travel via Indigo. A passenger expressed disgust how Indigo is forcing people to stand in rows for refunding issues whereas the Airline did not inform anything about flight cancellation. As a result the passengers had to waste their money and time to travel to the Airport with luggages.

“The worst thing is there is no announcement by Indigo. Now for refunding we have to stand in rows to ask them how to get the refund,” said a woman passenger. “I would say, there is no control over the airlines and that’s why they are canceling flights anytime at their wishes. They should have sent SMS to us about flight cancellation but they are so adamant that they won’t do it.”

“We came to know about the flight cancellation after reaching the airport. They have cancelled all flights. Regarding refunding or rescheduling — they said after December 10 only they will go with the process. But we do not need to go to Indore after December 10,” she added.
