AGARTALA, Nov 18 (TIWN): Three girls, including minors were detained in Tripura who are residents of Bangladesh.

The three young women came to India illegally trusting a Facebook friend based in Kolkata.

They were unable to name the places where they stayed in Tripura and also could not give much detail about their time-to-time locations.

They were caught by local people out of suspicion and handed over to police.

It is suspected that these girls were trapped by Indian woman traffickers. Police started an investigation to find the actual culprits behind the racket.
