On the instructions of the Udaipur SDM, the Enforcement team raided various grocery shops and sweet shops located at Chak Bazar, New Town Road and Central Road in the city. Several irregularities were found during the raid.

Two domestic cylinders were recovered during the said raid. Expired food was also found from the guest food shops.

Also, several irregularities were found in the cooking room of Mishti Mukha located on Central Road.

Chief Food Inspector Debjyoti Chakraborty, Food Inspector Babul Debnath, Legal Metrology Inspector Bikash Sen Ebong Police Officer Saurabh Saha were present in this operation today. Officials said such operation will continue in every market.
