AGARTALA, April 30 (TIWN): Tripura Lok Sabha polls in two phases were completed on April 19 and April 26. West Tripura RO-Vishal Kumar, who is also the DM of West Tripura visited Umakanta Academy on Tuesday to inspect the strong room situation. The RO was satisfied with the visit and told media that 24 hours CCTV recording continues in the strong rooms. “The polling agents of both parties are allowed to stay in nearby accommodations and all parties are utilizing the facilities. There are TV, air coolers for the polling agents,” said the RO. West Tripura poll was conducted on April 19 and the East Tripura poll was held on April 26. The election results will be declared on June 4.
