AGARTALA, Oct 3 (TIWN): Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) on Tuesday removed all gates from the main road of Agartala that were put in the name of making Durga puja gate.

The issue was highlighted in media and after the news was broadcast about road blocked by the Durga puja gates, AMC came into action.

The gates are being removed and the authority has asked clubs to leave more space for the roadgoers by vacating the road.
