AGARTALA, Aug 28 (TIWN): A head clerk posted at GB hospital named Uttam Kumar Debbarma has been declared convicted in a rape case of 2019. Today, Court has punished him with 10 years jail.

The head clerk was posted in GB hospital’s MS office and raped a woman there on 25^th August, 2019.

A case was filed in the Budhjnung Nagar PS. On August 25, court convicted him and on Monday announced the punishment of 10 years in jail.
