AGARTALA, May 4 (TIWN): The residents of Kadamtala are suffering due to rising threats of thieves.
Talking to media, they complained against the police of Kadamtala police station and threatened to block the road.
It has been reported that a group of thieves stole the e-rickshaw of Bidyut Pal, a resident of Pal Para, Ward No. 6 of Dakshin Kadamtala Village Panchayat of Shaniya PS area on Monday, May 1, late at night.
When the incident was noticed the next morning, the e-rickshaw owner searched a lot but could not find the stolen e-rickshaw. Later, he filed a case at the local police station.
Three days have passed since the theft of the e-rickshaw, but the police could not trace the stolen e-rickshaw.
The residents of Pal Para said that they would start road blockade if the theft cases are not resolved.
