AGARTALA, March 14 (TIWN): A disturbing video has gone viral on social media where a dog was seen being stretched by a vehicle bearing number TR-03 3731 causing its brutal killing. Netizens have demanded the immediate arrest of the driver.
In the shocking viral video, it was seen, a driver tied a puppy back of a Max car register No- TR-03 3731 with rope and stretched it a long way. The inhuman incident happened on Sabrom-Agartala National Highway.
The incident was captured by Bishal Singh before Jolaibari Pilak road, while he was on his way to Sabroom from Agartala. Unable to see such inhuman act with the dog, Bishal Singh stopped his car and talked to the driver, but, the driver said it is his wish what will he do with the dog.
However, the Max car driver reached Kalachara market at a high speed and suddenly disappeared.
An active member of Sabroom's Four Paws NGO has strongly condemned the incident and said the Police should give exemplary punishment to the driver.
