TELIAMURA, Feb 6 (TIWN): While addressing Teliamura rally, Tipra Motha Supremo Pradyot Manikya said for last five years Congress and CPM workers got beaten up by BJP and even the leaders coming from Delhi, they are attacked.
“The leaders who themselves are being attacked, how can they give protection to you ?”, said Pradyot Manikya to CPI-M, Congress workers asking them to join Tipra Motha.
“Nobody can touch our warriors in hills”, said Manikya.
The rally was held at the Teliamura Chakma Ghat area on Monday.
27-Kalyanpur Pramodnagar Assembly Constituency candidate Manihar Debbarma, 28-Teliyamura Assembly Constituency candidate Abhijit Sarkar and 29-Krishnapur Assembly Constituency candidate Mahendra Debbarma were introduced on the dais.
