AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): According to Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE), Tripura is now in 6th position nationally in unemployment rate.

Tripura’s unemployment rate 10.5% followed by 5 other states.

The top 6 states in unemployment rate are : 1) Rajasthan (30.7%), 2) Haryana (31.8%), 3)Jammu and Kashmir (22.4%), 4)Jharkhand (16.5%), 5) Bihar (14.5%) and 6)Tripura (10.5%)

However, in Northeast, Tripura tops in unemployment rate.
