AGARTALA, Oct 18 (TIWN): A TSR bus lost control and crashed into a ration shop near Udaipur Police Line, causing significant damage to the shop and its contents. Fortunately, the shop owner, Samar Chandra Debnath, was not present at the time of the accident.
The incident occurred when the TSR bus was heading to Matarbari for Diwali celebrations. The bus suddenly veered off course and crashed into the shop, destroying the door and damaging ration items, including rice, sugar, pulses, and flour.
The accident sparked tension in the area, with locals expressing their anger and frustration. However, the situation was brought under control by the police, who quickly arrived at the scene.
