AGARTALA, Sep 7 (TIWN): Increasing theft cases, robberies in state rampantly, which are haunting state people as the common people are spending life in security-less situations. Again a thief was caught red-handed from Ramnagar Road No-1, near Police Headquarter, area in broad Daylight on Wednesday by locals. The thief is a resident of Border Kalikapur area. However, after beaten up the thief was handed over to the Police.

A local public over increasing crimes like theft cases and robberies stated that the common people are reeling under fear and the public are losing their sleep at night, also said that no safety remains in state. A common person said that, if this way in broad Daylight theft cases can occur then it can imagine how horrible the scenario is at night.

The rampant crimes generated fear among common people.
