AGARTALA, July 1 (TIWN): Post poll violence across the state continues. BJP miscreant in the mid-night held a deadly attack on a CPI-M supporter family at Barobeel area in Khowai. Deepa Sutradhar Gope (30) wife of CPI-M activist Nitendra Gope was beaten up brutally by BJP miscreants.

The housewife was injured critically after she was hit by BJP miscreants.

Later the housewife was taken to Khowai District Hospital from where she was referred to GB Hospital and now she is undergoing treatment at Agartala GB Hospital.

However a case was filed at Khowai Puran Bazar PS against the incident.
