AGARTALA, May 28 (TIWN): BJP Juba Morcha Mondol member named Prashant Sarkar on Friday had quitted and joined Congress by holding hands of Congress Youth leaders on 27th May at Kamalasagar Assembly constituency but soon after the joining, he faced violent attack by BJP goons and then a false case was file against him and police allegedly arrested him. Today Court has bailed put Prashant Sarkar.

After his joining, BJP miscreants held an attack on his house later the miscreants filed fabricated case against him. Later, the Police detained him and produced in Bishalgarh court. However, the court granted bail to Prashant Sarkar.

Centering the incident, Congress youth leader said, “Youth Congress cannot be stopped with false case, youth Congress will continue to protest with more intensity to restore democracy”. This strong message Congress gave to BJP Yuba morcha members and bootlicker Police.

However, Tripura’s new CM Manik Saha after becoming CM assured that ‘Deteriorated Law and Order will be fixed’ but Saha’s such assurance also turned into false.
