AGARTALA, May 17 (TIWN): Water logging had paralyzed vehicle movements in Agartala on Tuesday and the common men had suffered heavily due to the disruptions. From Orient Chowmuhani to Banamalipur, all areas remained locked due to heavy waterlogging. The BJP Govt had promised to end the water logging problems shortly after coming into power but failed to bring any difference in last four years equalling itself incapable as the all previous Govt and its pre-poll promise of ending water logging problems turned just a vote-ban tool.
