AGARTALA, Dec 20 (TIWN): During the CPI-M’S meeting in Ghoramara area of Ranibazar, several CPI-M workers were injured in an alleged attack by miscreants. CPI-M alleged that the attack was organized by BJP goons under instruction of the local MLA there. At present, the injured persons are being brought to Agartala GB Hospital. CPI-M leaders Manik Dey, Ratan Das, and other local party members came to GB Hospital. CPI-M former Minister, leader Manik Dey has alleged that police did not help the CPI-M party to hospitalize the injured persons saying, it is not police’s duty. The party leader has asked, where is humanity today when police refuse to play their role.

Many CPI-M members were injured. 5 persons were spotted under treatment in the GB hospital. 

The injured persons were brought to GB hospital for treatment.
